The membership program at Fireside Tavern Sherborn operates on a pre-payment or advance purchase model. Every dollar you spend, you get back plus depending on the level you choose, you can get extra $ per month.

The program offers four (4) membership tiers based on a one time fee for each level.

Once the payment is made, members are send a virtual gift card with their full balance. We ask that you spend your allocated amount each month. However we understand you might have to skip a month or want to spend extra another month that is ok! It’s your money to use how you want!

Members have the freedom to utilize their allocated credit as they wish. They can choose to spend the entire credit within a given month one time or carry the credit throughout the month and spend a portion each visit. Members can skip months.

Members have the option to skip a month if they choose not to utilize their credit during that particular period. Skipping a month does not affect the overall membership status, and the membership remains active for the duration originally purchased. This provides flexibility for members who may have other commitments or prefer to dine outside of the Tavern or travel a lot. Your money does not expire ever!

Fireside Tavern Sherborn maintains a system through our point of sale system to track member transactions and monitor their credit usage. This allows members to keep track of their remaining balance and provides transparency regarding their spending. At any point you can email info@firesidetavernsherborn. com to ask for your balance.

To become a member, individuals pre-pay for their chosen membership tier. This means they pay the full amount on an annual basis. For example, if someone chooses the $100 per month tier, they would pay $1,200 upfront.

Members of the Fireside Tavern Sherborn program receive a designated amount of credit each month based on the membership level they chose. 3 levels receive more than they paid and 1 level gets the exact amount they paid.

Fireside Tavern Sherborn does not impose blackout dates, ensuring that members can utilize their allocated credit on any day the establishment is open for business. This allows for flexibility in planning visits and enjoying the dining experience at the member's convenience.

Carryover of Balances: Any unused balances do carry over to the following month. At the end of each month, the remaining credit balance gets added to the original allocated amount for the subsequent month. This encourages members to make the most of their monthly credit and enjoy the offerings at Fireside Tavern Sherborn regularly.

Each time you or someone in you immediate family comes to use your membership, and you don’t have your digital card to show, we will ask for your ID so we can match up your name to your name in our member database. No one will be able to spend the money on your account without our staff verifying ID first.

This is a pre-paid membership, there are no options to pay by the month.

Yes! You get added to our member email list and get invited first to all our special events and dinners and any invite only events.
