Sherborn residents and co-owners Mark Williams and Laura Robbins are poised to lead Fireside Tavern into an exciting new era.

With decades of experience in restaurant finance, Mark Williams is thrilled to be utilizing his professional expertise to usher in this next chapter for the historic tavern, restaurant, and event space.

Meanwhile, co-owner Laura Robbins is well-known to local food enthusiasts through her work at Wild Robbins Farm. There, she raised pasture-fed meats and hosted popular farm dinners, including the famous chicken pot pies that Sherborn residents have enjoyed since 2019. Prior to this, Laura's background included event planning, fundraising, catering, and restaurant management.

When Mark and Laura purchased this building, they knew they were taking on a significant challenge. However, they were determined to transform the space and bring their shared dream to life from the ground up.

Together, Mark and Laura's complementary skills and experience position them to guide this historic establishment into the future.
